Whistle Blowing Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this Whistle-Blowing Policy is to provide a safe and confidential channel for staff, members, regular visitors, or other individuals to raise concerns about possible wrongdoing, misconduct, or statutory non-compliance involving the Church Council, pastoral team, ministry leaders, staff, or volunteers.
This policy is not intended for general complaints or grievances regarding service quality, ministry matters, HR policies, or personal issues with fellow Church members. Such concerns should be directed to the relevant ministry leaders or pastors.
